Ace96 is more than just an online gaming platform. We are a community built on trust, fun and a commitment to delivering the best entertainment experience to every user across Malaysia.
Ace96 was founded with one clear goal: to provide a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment experience for everyone in Malaysia. We understand that every player has different tastes — some enjoy fish shooting, some prefer slots, some are loyal to live casino, and some love sports betting. At ace96, it is all available in one integrated platform.
Since day one, ace96 has prioritised three things: user trust, data security and customer satisfaction. Not just words on paper — it shows in every decision we make, from selecting game providers to how we process your withdrawals.
Today, ace96 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms, with over 100,000 active members playing every day. This achievement did not happen on its own — it is the result of the trust you place in us, and we will never take that trust for granted.
To provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment platform for every Malaysian — regardless of background or gaming experience.
To become Southeast Asia's most trusted, most complete, and most user-friendly number one online entertainment platform by 2030.
Honesty, transparency, responsibility, and innovation — four values that have been the backbone of every decision and action at ace96 from day one to today.

A group of individuals passionate about technology and online entertainment came together with one goal: to build a platform that truly puts Malaysian players first in every way.
Ace96 established partnerships with world-class game providers and built a robust technical infrastructure — including payment systems, data encryption and an intuitive user interface.
Ace96 officially launched with over 200 curated games, instant deposit systems and live customer support. The response from Malaysian players far exceeded our expectations.

Ace96 continues to invest in the latest technology, adding new games every week and expanding the VIP programme to ensure every loyal player receives the recognition they deserve.
Four core values that shape how we operate and interact with every player at ace96.
We believe trust is the foundation of everything. Every transaction, every game, and every interaction at ace96 is designed to build and maintain your trust in us.
No hidden terms, no surprise fees. ace96 operates with full transparency — all bonus conditions, payout rates and withdrawal policies are stated clearly and are easy to understand.
Ace96 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide self-control tools, deposit limits and game break options to ensure entertainment stays within healthy boundaries.
We never stop innovating. From adding the latest games to improving payment systems and the app interface — ace96 is always striving to be better.
When we first started planning ace96, one question kept coming to mind: what do Malaysian players truly need? Not just a large game library. Not just big bonuses. They need a platform they can fully trust — one that processes withdrawals quickly, handles their data with care, and treats them as valued customers, not just numbers in a system.
That is why we built ace96 from the ground up with a Malaysia First mindset. All our payment systems are tailored for local users — DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost are the primary payment methods Malaysian players use every day. Our customer support team is fluent in Bahasa Melayu and understands local context and needs far better than international platforms that offer support only in English.
In terms of game content, ace96 has carefully curated the games most loved by Malaysian players. Ocean King, Mega Fishing, and Dragon Fortune for fish shooting fans. Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, and Starlight Princess for slot enthusiasts. Live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack with real dealers for casino lovers. Malaysia Premier League, EPL, NBA, and more for sports fans. All available on a single platform accessible via laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
We take security seriously too. ace96 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your device and our servers. Your personal data is never shared with third parties without your consent. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available as an extra security layer for those who want stronger protection.
Going forward, ace96 is committed to continuously expanding the platform with more games, more payment options, and a richer VIP rewards program. We listen to our players' feedback — every suggestion, every complaint, and every compliment is taken seriously by our team. Because without you, ace96 would not be what it is today.
